Am Samstag, den 07.12.2013 veranstaltet Rootdown Music - Deutschlands erfolgreichstes Reggae & Dancehall Label - in Kooperation mit den Münsteranern Veranstaltern der Palace Lounge exklusiv das erste offizielle Rootdown Festival.
Neben den Live Auftritten von Nosliw & Band, Jaqee & Band sowie Sebastian Sturm & Exile Airline im Skaters Palace, werden anschließend im Carpe Noctem die Künstler Symbiz Sound, Slonesta, Rojah Phad Full, Nattyflo, Miwata und DJ Marious präsentiert.
Das Warmup übernimmt Jay (Trust in Wax) .
Fazit: 1 Abend/Nacht, 2 Locations, 9 Rootdown Künstler, nahezu die komplette Bandbreite der karibischen Tanzmusik und dadurch ein Muss für alle Festivalliebhaber.
